This project implements workflow (also referred to as ECMS, electronic content management system), which will provide the ability to automate and streamline content management through automated workflows, forms, document capture and processing. It also provides transparent records management in a single environment with tracking, auditing, and reporting capabilities and metrics, as well as secure and efficient search, retrieve, scan, and store across multiple content types. This project is to implement the chosen vendor solution to replace the Singularity application and to implement a workflow solution for the GTF and Freshmen Admissions process.
In 2015, UO completed an RFP to select a vendor and product. On June 30, 2016, the university signed a contract with the vendor.
