Weekend downtime set for DuckWeb and related services

DuckWeb and related services—including parts of MyUO—will be unavailable for more than a day July 24-25 while Information Services performs essential maintenance.

  • Start of downtime: Friday, July 24, at 7:00 p.m.
  • End of downtime: Saturday, July 25, at 10:00 p.m.

Services affected

During the maintenance, the following services will be unavailable:

  • DuckWeb and parts of MyUO: Where you register for classes, view pay stubs, change personal information, and more.
  • Banner: Behind-the-scenes side of DuckWeb.
  • AppWorx: Job scheduling service.
  • DuckDocs (OnBase): Document management and electronic workflow service.

How MyUO is affected by this maintenance

MyUO, your new personalized university portal, launched in December.

  • MyUO is nearly always available.
  • During this maintenance, you can still log in to MyUO and view all your tabs, such as Home, Academics, and Employee Resources.
  • However, some key functions in MyUO — such as class registration, the employee dashboard, and any links to DuckWeb — will be unavailable during maintenance on Banner and DuckWeb.
