DuckWeb and related services—including parts of MyUO—will be unavailable for more than a day May 8-9 while Information Services performs essential maintenance.
- Start of downtime: Friday, May 8, at 7:00 p.m.
- End of downtime: Saturday, May 9, at 10:00 p.m.
Services Affected
During the maintenance, the following services will be unavailable:
- DuckWeb and parts of MyUO: Where you register for classes, view pay stubs, change personal information, and more.
- Banner: Behind-the-scenes side of DuckWeb.
- AppWorx: Job scheduling service.
- DuckDocs (OnBase): Document management and electronic workflow service.
- Integrated Data and Reporting (Cognos): Reporting and analytics service.
How MyUO is affected by this maintenance
MyUO, your new personalized university portal, launched in December.
- MyUO is nearly always available.
- During this maintenance, you can still log in to MyUO and view all your tabs, such as Home, Academics, and Employee Resources.
- However, some key functions in MyUO — such as class registration, the employee dashboard, and any links to DuckWeb — will be unavailable during maintenance on Banner and DuckWeb.
