The Data Management group within Applications and Middleware provides database support for all enterprise applications delivered by Information Services.
Currently the Data Management group supports a significant Oracle infrastructure that runs many databases supporting services such as Banner, Integrated Data and Reporting, Identity Management and various other core critical campus services.
The Data Management group also supports a growing MySQL infrastructure that supports various other applications that do not require the needs of Oracle. The UO Drupal Hosting service is a large service having it's database infrastructure managed as well as various other systems and service.s
