Technology Services Service Level Agreements

Service level agreements (SLAs) and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) are agreements between Information Services and any administrative, academic, or research unit that is part of the University of Oregon. SLAs document agreed-upon systems and services, cover performance and reliability targets and objectives, outline escalation processes, and serve as an invoice for financial transactions between parties.
